Naturelle Beauty - Service Terms of Use:

1) Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hour’s notice so we can attempt to fill the appointment.
Said notice being given within 24 hours will result in a 50%charge of the appointment fee. If no notice is given or in the event of a no-show the full appointment fee will be due.
If any pre-booked treatment is cancelled at the time of attendance, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
Naturelle Beauty accepts cash and all major debit / credit cards including Amex, and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

2) Patch testing

Eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting and Nouveau LVL Ceralashlift require a patch test prior to treatment, even if you've has a tint  before. This is imperative and must be implemented no less than 24 hours before the treatment. Please be advised NONE of these treatments can go ahead without a patch test. Please consider this when booking your appointment to avoid penalty.

3) Consultation Cards

All clients are required to complete a consultation card on their first visit, This card will be retained as a confidential record. Any changes to circumstances must be advised, for example, pregnancy, sudden and new sensitivity or allergies to products. Any new information must be held in writing at the salon with client signature. We cannot be held accountable for any reaction resulting from any unknown and undisclosed issues 

4) Lateness

Please advise if you expect to be late; any lateness may result in a reduced treatment and treatment time, especially at peak times. However, the fee will still be due.

5) Teens and treatments

Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or have proven parental consent for all treatments
